The moving business must be so good Barrett doesn't need or care about new business. Scheduled an estimate yielding to their schedule, not mine, took time off from work to be at what would have been a good sized job for them (4500 sq ft home) not 5 miles from their offices. No one showed and after 1/2 hour I called Eliza with whom I made the appointment. She said someone double booked the estimator (she's in charge of this) and that I would need to re-schedule for Friday. I very politely explained that taking more time off for this would be a problem and if they couldn't get someone out today as promised, I would need to move on to another company. She then hung up on me. I called Bill Johnson the GM to report this and have not even received an apology for what I consider rude, unprofessional behavior. If they are this unreliable and unprofessional for an estimate, what would the move be like? Glad I found out now!.
