I was told by the plumber to get a husband and have children. He was basically the reason women stay single. He made other marks to me and was contracted out by the managing group of my condo complex, and might be related to them, because he was really a mess! I am in my mid 40's and am looking forward to retirement, not babies, and would like to sell my condo after having to deal with another bad contract situation, and am considering what to do. I was better off when I had a home and could call reliable, professionals.I explained more than once that the problem was. The problem was a leak in my downstairs neighbors' ceiling, and I had no indication of any leaks but he, the plumber, was not certain what the issue was. There have been venting issues in the building that is allowing cold air in and I think a pipe froze and burst. He found a pipe and fixed it in the neighbors' ceiling, but said he doesn't do anything with vents so I had to make more phone calls. My other neighbor called me and has major issues with air in the lines. It is sad to say, but with the bad vent and cold air, we might have to have him back here, and I am not looking forward to this.
