This all happened so very fast and unexpectedly.

I went there specifically for a cushion to my papasahn chair. As I was waiting to check out, the cushion was resting on the counter next to our register as another clerk was verifying the item number for the cost. We were just patiently waiting at our register for that clerk to return, when suddenly a clerk appeared at the counter next to us and picked up the cushion and tossed it on the floor outside of her register station. Shocked I went to pick it up, and the clerk rudely looked at me and said "Are you planning on purchaseing that?" As if i was out of line somehow... Our clerk of course said nothing, and did nothing!

What has happened to service personnel? How could you mistreat merchandise that way, let alone merchandise someone is standing there waiting to pay for? That is the very last time I will go into a World market store!
