Fee Mail, but worth it.....
Had to mail several packages, a couple of them internationally, on Christmas Eve. Counterfolk were cheerful, knowledgeable, and patient with each person. There was a very elderly man trying to send some mail, and his service person treated him like he was the most important customer in the world; it showed in her tone of voice and body language. He completed his business and left with a big smile. I didn't have my things even boxed, and my service person helped me choose the right containers, complete the forms, was very clear about fees, customs requirements, and even made labels while she waited for me to finish writing. Then, dagnabbit, I could not find my debit card.... must've looked like old Bilbo frantically searching for the Ring, lol..... I called home and it was there. The young lady cheerfully told me to just call in the number and she'd take care of the rest. So I did. Funny thing, those packages were delivered before New Year's.... but the ones I mailed from a couple of doors down thirty minutes earlier and paid cash STILL haven't arrived two weeks later. I think I know where I will get satisfaction of my mailing needs..... sure, they charge for the convenience...... but they made me feel really good about parting with my money.
