Dr. John Shand is a wonderful dentist. He is very personable and just a nice guy! He has a very laid back attitude and will work at your pace - not his. I had an appt. for a root canal. I showed up and was not 100% sure if I was ready to go through with it. He smiled and let me decide what I wanted to do. He didn't force me into keeping this appt. nor did he charge me when I decided to wait. The work he has performed on my teeth is perfect. He has a nice touch and is very gentle. I've been to many dentists in my life and John Shand is by far the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. (I am terrified of dentists!)‎
